What we provide with every multi-family housing cleaning:

• Each vent cleaned from exterior up to 30', no in-unit access is required.
• With our powerful air compressor and state of the art hose attachments and rotary brushes, all lint is blown out of the vents exit.

    No lint ever gets inside the unit.

• Before and after photos taken to prove lint removal.
• All lint mess is cleaned up and taken off site.

Tenants may have individual issues such as:

• Severe clogs
• Water in flex hose (water removed, hose replaced)
• Build up of lint inside dryer (thoroughly vacuumed)
• Damaged or disconnected flex hose (hose replaced)
• Dryer airflow error codes (case by case basis)

 These tenants can schedule an inside cleaning the day of the properties already scheduled cleaning by reaching out to Lint Bandit ahead of time to schedule a time slot. A flat rate of $40 (tax included) for each interior unit visited covers the issues listen above, to be paid by tenant at time of appointment or otherwise coordinated ahead of time to be paid by management.
